Program Schedule: Coached group runs will meet Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM and Saturday Mornings at 6:30 AM
Goal Race: This training program will prepare you for the Fall Marathon of your choice.
Program Fee: Early bird price of $150 through 5/11; Regular price of $160 after 5/11

2020 Summer "Rebuild" 5k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, July 11th @ 9am
Program Schedule: Thursdays @ 6:15pm, Saturday @ 9am
Goal Race: (none)
Program Fee: $80
Description: No Boundaries is a beginner level training program designed for folks who are currently inactive, who are new to running or walking or who are working to get back into running/walking condition. This is a nationally organized and recognized program offered at Fleet Feet stores across the country. Thousands of runners and walkers across the country have trained to complete their first 5K event through this program.

2020 Summer "Rebuild" 10k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, July 11 @ 7am
Program Fee: $80
Description: This 10K (6.2 miles) training program is a shortened version of our standard program and is designed to get you back (or start you) into the routine of running/training again. This program will start with lower mileage and build slowly to prep you for our Fall 10k or Fall Half Marathon program. There is no specific goal race for this program.

Program Start: Tuesday, June 23 @ 6:15pm
Program Schedule: Coached group runs will meet on Saturdays at 7 AM and Tuesdays at 6:15 PM

2020 Fall Half Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, August 15 @ 7am
Program Schedule: Tuesdays @ 6:15pm, Saturdays @ 7am
Goal Race: Indianapolis Monumental Half (Nov 7th) or Chicago's Hot Chocolate 15k (Nov 1st)
Program Fee: $125 (excludes race registration)
Description: Join Fleet Feet Sports to train for a Fall Half Marathon. Our coaches and mentors will help prepare runners of all abilities to run a the fall half marathon of your choosing. A brief sampling of races available are as follows (a more comprehensive list will be provided by the coach at the info meeting): Monumental Half Marathon on November 7th or Hot Chocolate 15k on November 1st.

2020 Fall No Boundaries 5k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, September 26th @ 9am
Program Schedule: Thursdays @ 6:15pm, Saturdays @ 9am
Goal Race: Pumpkin Plod 5k, November 26th
Program Fee: $125 (includes race entry fee)
Description: The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way, we'll be providing you with motivation, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics.

2020 Fall 10k Training Program More Info »

Program Start: Saturday, September 12 @ 7am
Program Schedule: Thursdays @ 6:15pm, Saturdays @ 7am
Goal Race: Pumpkin Plod 10k
Program Fee: $125 (includes race entry)
Description: The 10K (6.2 miles) training program is designed to further runners towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance including an introduction to hill training. There will be clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts.
