This 10K (6.2 miles) training program is a shortened version of our standard program and is designed to get you back (or start you) into the routine of running/training again. This program will start with lower mileage and build slowly to prep you for our Fall 10k or Fall Half Marathon program. There is no specific goal race for this program.
Our 10K group will be training on Saturday mornings at 7 AM and Thursday evenings at 6:15 PM at Fleet Feet in Schererville for 8 weeks. Attending both training sessions is not mandatory, but encouraged. Sign up for our program: Spring 10K Training Program
