About the Challenge 7
The average American gains seven pounds during winter. There are a lot of reasons to settle for average, but you only need one reason to do something about it. Commit to health and join the Challenge 7. We want to help you not gain those 7 pounds. We will help you either maintain or lose weight with a variety of seminars that focus on health and well-being along with a series of fun runs to get you active and help you stay active through the holiday season. The Challenge 7 is all about focusing on developing healthy habits to get you through the holiday season and getting a jump start on the new year.
Our seven seminars focusing on balancing your life include:

  • Dec 16 - Positivity
  • Dec 30 - TBD 
  • Jan 6 - Volunteering
  • Jan 11 - Anxiety/Stress Management
  • Jan 27 - Nutrition

Fun Run Dates (Weekdays at 6pm and Weekends at 11am)

  • Nov 23 - Fun Run/Walk with Saucony
  • Nov 30 - Fun Run/Walk with Skechers Performance
  • Dec 12 - TBD
  • Dec 21 - Fun Run/Walk with Brooks
  • Dec 28 - Fun Run/Walk with Mizuno
  • Jan 4 - Fun Run/Walk with Saucony
  • Jan 23 - Fun Run/Walk with Hoka One One
  • Jan 25 - Barre Class with Studio Barre at 7pm

Cost of Challenge 7 program is $25. Upon successful completion of the Challenge 7 program, we will reward you with a $50 gift certificate to Fleet Feet Sports or admission into our "Ton of Fun" program. To be eligible you will need attend 10 Challenge 7 events. If you are enrolled in one of our Winter training programs, it will count for five events. You can sign up now for our Holiday No Boundaries Beginner Running Program or our Winter Half Marathon Program from our website under training.
