The 11K (6.8 miles) training program is designed to further runners towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. It will include education on different training techniques and tools in order to further enjoy running and improve performance. There will be clinics covering a wide range of topical issues on running, health, wellness and nutrition from the area’s leading experts. Runners should be able to run 2 miles prior to the start of the program. Our Spring Breaking Boundaries 11k program will be training for the Leap Day 11K on Sunday, February 28th.
Our 11K group will be training on Saturday mornings at 8am and Thursday evenings at 6pm at Fleet Feet Sports in Schererville. Attending both training sessions is not mandatory, but encouraged. Sign up for our program: Leap Day 11K Training Program
