Pilates & Stretch Class

Laura Tarry is a fully trained Pilates instructor with a background in Kinesiology.  Her classes focus on alignment, posture and stability.  Through Pilates joints are taken through a comfortable range of motion gaining strength while encouraging extra flexibility and release of tightness.  The basic principles can be taken into many different forms of exercise which is why Pilates is so versatile and can fit everyone's needs.  This class is an excellent compliment to our running and Trek cycling programs as it increases strength, stability, proper form and flexibility.


These 60 minute classes will meet on Thursday evenings at 7:15 PM from August 10th through September 28th. 

A free 30 minute trial class and informational meeting will be held on Thursday, July 27th at 7:15 PM.  Come out to meet our instructor and see what Pilates is all about.


Early Bird Price through July 27th is $85

Regular Price of $100 applies after July 27th

Drop ins are welcome at $14 per class
