Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Schererville on Thursdays at 7:15 PM. Class will meet inside the Training Room between Trek Bike Store and Fleet Feet Sports. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. This session starts on Thursday, February 14th and runs through Thursday, April 4th. Drop ins are welcome !! Please call Fleet Feet Sports to see if space is available.
