Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet at Fleet Feet Schererville on Thursdays at 7:15 PM inside the Training Room between Trek Bike Store and Fleet Feet. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. This session starts on Thursday, December 12th and runs through Thursday, February 6th. Please note: There will be no class on December 26th. Drop ins are welcome !! Please call Fleet Feet to see if space is available.
