About This Program

Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet at Fleet Feet Schererville on Thursdays at 7:15 PM inside the Training Room between Trek Bike Store and Fleet Feet. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance.  This session starts on Thursday, December 12th and runs through Thursday, February 6th.  Please note: There will be no class on December 26th.  Drop ins are welcome !! Please call Fleet Feet to see if space is available.

Informational Meeting and Free 30 minute class: Thursday, December 5th at 7:15 PM.  Come out and try this awesome class for free!

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle

Program Start: Thursday, December 12th at 7:15 PM
Program Schedule: Hour long classes run from December 12th through February 6th on Thursday evenings at 7:15 PM. There will be no class December 26th. Drop ins are welcome. Please call the store to see if space is available.
Program Fee: Early Bird pricing of $85 through Thursday, December 5th. After December 5th program fee of $100 applies
