Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet in The Training Room between Fleet Feet Sports and Trek Bike Store each Thursday evening at 7:15 PM starting February 20th - April 9th. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance. Come out and try a free 30 minute class on Thursday, February 13th at 7:15 PM. You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Registration is $85. Drop-ins welcome for $14 per class
