About This Program

Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Schererville on Thursdays at 7:15 PM. Class will meet inside the Training Room between Trek Bike Store and Fleet Feet Sports. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance.  This session starts on Thursday, September 19th and runs through Thursday, November 21st.  Please note: There will be no class on September 26th or November 14th Drop ins are welcome !! Please call Fleet Feet Sports to see if space is available.

Informational Meeting and Free 30 minute class: Thursday, September 12th at 7:15 PM.  Come out and try this awesome class for free!

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle
Class size is limited to 20 participants

Program Start: Thursday, September 19th at 7:15 PM
Program Schedule: Hour long classes run from September 19th through November 21st on Thursday evenings at 7:15 PM. There will be no classes on September 26 or November 14. Drop ins are welcome. Please call the store to see if space is available.
