About This Program

Join Berta Rewers, our certified yoga instructor for an 8 week Vinyasa Slow Flow/Yin Yoga series. The 60 minute class will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Schererville on Thursdays at 7:15 PM. Class will meet inside the Training Room between Trek Bike Store and Fleet Feet Sports. Yoga is a great cross training exercise for runners and bicyclists as it builds strength, flexibility and balance.  This session starts on Thursday, April 25th and runs through Thursday, June 20th. THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON THURSDAY, MAY 16TH.  Class will resume on Thursday, May 23rd to complete the 8 week session.  Drop ins are welcome !! Please call Fleet Feet Sports to see if space is available.

Informational Meeting and Free 30 minute class: Thursday, April 18thth at 7:15 PM.  Come out and try this awesome class for free!

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle
